If you intend on downloading video to the Pi first you can then use a media player such as omx player to watch them back, if you want to stream video over the web, while I havent tried this myself you cold use xbmc with the iPlayer plugin.Martin O'Hanlonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03047799173301971515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007601562606157016.post-14682946536089116282012-07-21T11:46:27.401+01:002012-07-21T11:46:27.401+01:00Soooo.. I have already got_iplayer and lighttpd up and running. I was also wondering how you targeted the NAS as your storage for the downloaded programmes in get_iplayer.<br />Good work, love this Raspberry PI and its a lot cheaper than other SBC I've used :).<br />-Jimjimbuzzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16031551908353903101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007601562606157016.post-27780968840694095372012-06-04T20:17:28.683+01:002012-06-04T20:17:28.683+01:00Absolutely no problem. It boils down to, configuring get_iplayer & lighttpd, writing a program to create an RSS feed and a script to run it periodically. If there something specific you want to know, Ill happily do that first.Martin O'Hanlonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03047799173301971515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9007601562606157016.post-47335505565696825572012-06-04T16:29:29.281+01:002012-06-04T16:29:29.281+01:00Any chance of clues as to how you achieved this ie...Any chance of clues as to how you achieved this ie the scripts etc. It may help others to make something useful with a Raspberry PI.
