Fyi - I’ve made a couple of changes in the last few days.

Adding a meta tag to enable viewport in mobile browsers

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />

Adding a condition to default the layout to desktop if the browser was IE8 or below
